UK-based construction manager, Mace, has been appointed as project manager, construction manager and cost consultant for phase three of the campus development for the United Nations International School (UNIS) in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Mace said its “excellent relationship” with the UN helped in the competitive tender process for the UNIS international school, one of only two UN schools in the world.

The works will address UNIS’s existing space pressures by adding shared spaces to each of the schools, providing more curricular space for each level and providing a centralised location for language programmes.
